These files include correspondence; title report; notice of demolition; copies of legal documents such as order to show cause, findings of fact and conclusions of law, or order to demolish; heating preparation documentation; appraisal; cost estimate of repair versus demolition; copy of contract; bias; building official's report; tax liens; and pictures of premises.
