DESCRIPTION: These personnel files are for employees hired with CETA funds, a federally funded program, but never added to Salt Lake City's permanent payroll. They are used to document the employment of CETA employees and for reference purposes. These files include applications, disciplinary actions, recommendations, certificates, pre-bids, salary actions, and reasons why terminated or why not added to city payroll.
