DESCRIPTION: This is a record of domestic corporations who have been involuntarily dissolved for failure to pay taxes, maintain a registered agent, and/or file an annual report. The division has the legal power to dissolve the corporation for any of the above reasons. When an agency complies with the requirements within the prescribed period of time, they can renew their corporation with the division.
From 1979-1985 these records were filmed on the same roll with Notice of Suspensions.
This record is no longer filmed or filed in the division. Dissolutions are entered into the computer data file.
