DESCRIPTION: These reports are originals, copies of which are sent to the state budget offices. Some budget working papers are filed with the reports as well as trial run and final run copies of the reports. The governor and legislature decide appropriations based on these reports. The agency also uses past reports to review past requirements and calculate future expenditures.
