TITLE: Log of records transferred to the branch

DESCRIPTION: This is a log used to record the transfer of permanently valuable records, previously stored at the records center, to the branch archives. This records series was discontinued in 1982 after the greater portion of records fitting into this category were transferred. The log includes the date of transfer, the creating agency's name, the contents of the boxes, the Archives control/location number, the number of boxes included in the transfer, and the reason for the transfer.
