DESCRIPTION: This is a computer produced two-part document sent by Finance to agencies to record final corrections or adjustments regarding employees' pay to be made before the master payroll file is run and checks are issued. Preliminary payrolls are produced every two weeks. This document includes an employee's name, social security number, grade and step, hourly wage, marital status, tax information, hours worked, and insurance codes.
