DESCRIPTION: This is information sent to the bureau by the Bureau of Solid and Hazardous Waste when public water supplies are affected or may be affected by hazardous waste. The bureau provides feedback and recommendations to the Bureau of Solid and Hazardous Waste.

_ Included in these records are inter-office memoranda regarding meetings about sites under investigation, draft copy(s) of assessments of hazardous wastes, and lists of hazardous waste sites to be investigated. Information may include name and address of the hazardous waste site, name and address of the site owner, Environmental Protection Agency identification number, and site status.
