DESCRIPTION: This is a monthly summary of the results of bacteriologic test results submitted by testing laboratories. It includes name of the water system and of the person in charge, the telephone number of the water system, the number of samples required per month, the county where the water system is located, whether the water is chlorinated or unchlorinated, the population served by the water system, the water system number, and a monthly breakdown of the number of samples taken, the coliform colonies in the samples, the total volume samples, the total coliform colonies, the mean coliform density per 100 milliliters, the number of samples taken, and the percent of positive samples.
