DESCRIPTION: These are applications, contracts, project reports, studies, certificates, agreements, memoranda, correspondence, and other records relating to the receipt, review, award, evaluation, status, and monitoring of the grants, the allocation of funds, and the project budgets. These files include notice of intent for proposed state actions, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Assistance Agreement/Amendment, State/EPA Agreement Worksheet, Application for Federal Assistance, and related correspondence. Information includes the applicant's name, address, employer identification number, program title and number, the title and description of the project and the area of impact, the amount of proposed funding, the amount of money granted, a record of money spent, how much and on what, and the dates of all actions.
