DESCRIPTION: These are duplicate test results of laboratory tests on solid and hazardous waste samples. These reports include the date received, who received the sample, the water system number, the source number, the date the sample was collected, the item collected, the water rights number, a description of the sample point, the sample type, the name of the individual collecting the sample, the the name and telephone number of the individual receiving the sample, the county sample number, and the interpretation of the laboratory analysis.
