DESCRIPTION: These are duplicate copies of orders issued to violators of the hazardous waste regulations to bring them into compliance with the law. They includes the name and address of the company being cited, the order number, a description of the violations for which the company is being cited, the date of inspection that uncovered the violations, the date the notice of violation was issued, the steps the company is being required to take to correct the violations, the date on which the action(s) are to be completed, and the consequences of the failure to comply with the order.
