DESCRIPTION: This is an automated data file that is part of the Mine Inspection and Enforcement Automated System. This file keeps track of violations and violators. It includes the mine number, the notice of violation number, the date the notice issued, the statement date, the nature of the violations, the portion of the operation affected by the violation, the affirmative obligation and time for abatement, the regulations violated, and the dates of all actions.
