DESCRIPTION: This is an automated data file that is part of the Mine Inspection and Enforcement Automated Data System. It is used to keep track of cessation orders issued under UCA 40-10-22. Information includes the mine number, the cessation order number, the category of cessation order, the related notice of violation number, the abate dates, the nature of the violation, the portion of the operation that is to cease immediately, the affirmative obligation and time for abatement, and the regulations violated.
