DESCRIPTION: This are the results of inspections of custom cut meat establishments to ensure that they are complying with state regulations for the treatment and disposal of wastes. They include the survey form and the laboratory tests results of the local water system. Information includes the name, address, and telephone number of the establishment, the source of the water supply, the type of wastewater disposal, the type of solid waste disposal, the location where the water sample was taken, the name of the town or stream, the location of the town, the date and time of the sample collection, and the results of the test.

According to UCA 76-10-801, a slaughterhouse that befouls the waters of the state are guilty of a class B misdemeanor. According to UCA 76-1-302, the statute of limitations for prosecuting a misdemeanor is two years.
