TITLE: Natural disaster and damage survey records of public buildings

DESCRIPTION: Everytime a disaster occurs, this office does a survey and analysis of the damage done to the building. They also estimate the cost of the damage. They are used mostly for reference by the staff person required to do this job. The final reports of the survey are filed with the Comprehensive Emergency Management Office.
INCLUDES background analysis data, a copy of the final report, survey notes, published reference material on disasters and disaster planning, and copies of emergency operation plans.
