DESCRIPTION: This is a record of test results for infants screened in a five-year program at Vernal Utah. The program is obsolete at this time due to state budget cuts. Information includes names, gender, birth dates, file numbers of children tested, parents' names and addresses, names of hospitals, and test results. Note that tests were made at intervals of six months, eighteen months, and three years.
