DESCRIPTION: A public hearing is a meeting open to the public where attendees can express their concerns or recommendations on Medicaid policy or rule changes. The records include copies of notices about the public hearing and transcripts of those hearings. They include the date of the hearing, the location of the hearing, the subject of the hearing, the members present, and the outcome of the hearing.
