They are used for reference on all management concerns of the building and other activities not concerned with the sale of liquor. Includes building lease contracts, letters of consent, letters of service proposals, complaints, building plans, correspondence, police reports, shoplifter reports, and shoplifter statements. The records in this record series collect the following personal identifying information: First & last name, phone number, address, and possibly others. This information is collected in order to maintain the case file and is not used for any other purpose.
