DESCRIPTION: These are the publications sent to each outlet and store and are a complete listing of all products. Included are liquor prices remaining the same, delisting, special price allowances (SPA), and price changes. An SPA allows the given price on an item to be lowered for usually one month before the price returns to normal. The stores then use this to reprice the stock. Information includes date of publication, product description, price change, and products delisted. May also include correspondence and memorandums addressing price corrections, price changes, and other issues.
