DESCRIPTION: This is a survey conducted by the Division to see how many dentists use nitrous oxide in their practice and whether or not the Dental and Dental Hygenists Board should devise regulations for this.

The information includes the name and address of the dentist, the license number, whether the dentist uses nitrous oxide, how long the dentist has been using it, the training in its use the dentist received, if the installation of the gas meets OSHA standards, and other questions relating to use and safety.
