DESCRIPTION: These are the files of the advisory committee established under UCA 58-1-201 and R156-1-205.
These files include records of courses accredited and not accredited, complaint files, continuing education approval requests, published brochures for courses, and meeting agenda. Information on courses includes the course sponsor, the name of the contact individual, the telephone number, the title of the course or program, the objectives of the program, the date of presentation, the # of credit hours requested and approved for the course, and the date that the board approved or disapproved the course. -Personal Identifying Information (PII) that may be contained within this records series consists of: name, username, email address, social security number, date of birth, drivers license number, home/mailing address, school transcripts, IP address, and biometric data

Much of the information in the file is duplicated elsewhere. Much of it is devoted to the continuing education program material. A two year retention should suffice for this as most licenses must be renewed every two years.
