DESCRIPTION: This is a record of the Utah County Attorneys working on behalf of other state to collect support payments according to the guidelines established by the Uniform reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act.
This series includes various court orders and certificates which state that a defendant owes a duty of support; Case Summary, Referral to Computer, Referral Billing, Dispositions, court complaints, an Order of the Court certifying that the defendant owes a duty of support, Findings Certificate and Order (URESA), County Attorney Referral Dockets, related correspondence, Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act Instructions, Incoming Control List, Case Summary, Turnaround Documents, active case reports from the County Attorney, memorandums, and Referral Dockets for State Files. CFR 45-205.50 and CFR 45_303.21 (1990), prohibit disclosure of information about applicants and recipients of public assistance and child support services. Also, CFR_45-303.70 and CFR 303.21 (1990), require that information obtained from federal pareent locater services is confidential.
