DESCRIPTION: This is an inventory of the industrial wastewater systems in the state taken to help construct an automated system data base. The information includes the name and address of the plant, the principal products of the plant, the name of the contact person, the hours of operation, the number of employees, the quantity of materials used, the water source, the wastewater control methods, the wastewater discharge, the wastewater characteristics, the solid waste disposal amount and methods, and the capital expenditures and costs.
