DESCRIPTION: These are surveys of public attitudes toward heath care in Utah and surveys evaluating the origin of long term care patients. Information in the public attitudes surveys includes: most serious problems for people in Utah, father's time lost due to illness, mother's time lost due to illness, child's time lost due to illness, attitude toward cost of health insurance, health services needing improvement, etc. Information in the long term care patients surveys includes: birth date, county of residence during life, county of residence at admittance, admission date, payment source, level of care, classification, etc.
