DESCRIPTION: These are papers created to assist in the preparation of the bureau budget. These records include working papers, cost statements, copies of memoranda including requests for additional equipment, individual time allotment reports, budget summary of programs and activity reports, copies of memoranda of understanding on budget priorities, budget guidelines from the division, and rough data accumulated in the preparation of annual budget estimates, including duplicate appropriation language sheets and narrative statements, and the bureau's copies of reports submitted to the budget office.
