DESCRIPTION: These files document patients that have been ordered by the court to attend the State Hospital for a 30 to 90 day evaluation. These patients are not enrolled in the sex offender program but have sexual offense charges pending against them. The evaluations are presented to the court. These records are used to support statistical data gathered and compiled by the State Hospital. Information includes admission and discharge date, length of stay, reason for admission, charges, court status, a brief history on the patient, treatment, disposition at discharge, referral source, and victim information.
