After completion of the apprenticeship, firefighter receives journeyman certificate. These files include apprenticeship agreement; daily consolidated comment sheet listing daily activity; testing; correspondence; tests taken; monthly apprentice report by officer and by employer; and quarterly performance evaluation completed by training officer.
