DESCRIPTION: These are documents filed with stock certificates placed in escrow with the Division of Securities pursuant to old rules no longer in effect. This series includes legal agreements and an Acceptance of Terms and Escrow Agreement. The Records Transfer Sheet (26 May 1988) describes the records transferred to the archives as "paperwork that was filed with escrowed stocks sent to Unclaimed Property, 1920-1985."__The RTS provides a complete, 16-page listing of company names and numbers included.
