APPRAISAL

Administrative

This record should be retained for two years, when a broker's license expires, the sales agents who work under that broker also lose their licenses. This record would serve as proof that notice was sent to the broker should the affected sales agent complain. As licenses are renewable every two years, this retention should suffice.
