This file includes the licensee's name, social security number, address, broker or agent license number, and telephone number; the name of the principal broker; if the license is for a company, the name, address, employer identification number, license number, broker of record, date of incorporation, and telephone number; the license status; the expiration date; the date first licensed; the last activity date; the last renewal date; and the last activity. This is a file of automated data system, file key: RLADS.

Computer data files: Retain in Office for 2 years after license expires or is terminated and then transfer to computer printout.

This information is needed by the division to provide a complete history of the individual. As long as the license is active, the staff wants it on the system. Licensees have within two years of license expiration to renew. After the two year period has ended, the information should be removed from the system to save costs.
