DESCRIPTION: These are reports submitted by water commissioners appointed under UCA 73-5-1 of the distribution of water for each area. Commissioners can be appointed for all or part of a river system or other water source. The report shows annual water volume deliveries including the user's names, the cubic feet per second of water rights, water rights priorities, the amount of water delivered, the cost of distribution, climatological data, special problems encountered, the basis for computing assessments, and commissioners' recommendations.
