DESCRIPTION: These files document the development of enabling legislation, both state and federal, and executive orders for the Natural Resources Community Impact Account which was changed to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board in 1982. The files also document the development of legislation for the programs and the two funds administered by the board, the Mineral Lease Fund and the "Ua-Ub" Bonus Fund. These files include narrative material, notes, correspondence, copies of executive orders, copies of proposed legislation, and copies of statutes.
