DESCRIPTION: These are cases in which an investigation is underway involving adequacy of employers' workers' compensation coverage. If it is discovered that an employer is not properly covered, notices are sent to inform the agency that they must comply with state law in gaining such coverage. If no response is given, more serious action may be taken by the Uninsured Employers' Fund.
