TITLE: Breathalyzer maintenance log

DESCRIPTION: The breathalyzer maintenance log was initiated by the Alcohol Project section. The log documents the performance of the breathalyzer. Information includes serial number, location of breathalyzer, maintenance repairs, and individual performing the breathalyzer check. It could also include the actual maintenance check list with date and time, temperature, and technical readings from the machine. This information is no longer collected because breathalyzers are no longer used. Intoxolizers are now used instead; however, due to the fact that some breathalyzers still exist, the documentation associated with the upkeep of the machine needs to be maintained.
