It includes the date; receipt number; name of payer; amount received; columns indicating amounts and type of permit fees collected for construction or additions (or alterations) to brick (or concrete) or frame structures; electric sign permits; billboard permits, sign permit amount; miscellaneous fees collected; amount remitted to treasurer; and date and amount. The spine of the book is labeled "Cash".
