DESCRIPTION: This receipt book is used to record cash payments for fee and fines levied by the Salt Lake City Court. Only one half of the book has been used and contains receipt stubs and empty receipts. The receipt stubs contain the receipt number; name of payee, amount, purpose of payment; case number; name of plaintiff; name of defendant, date and amount.
