ARRANGEMENT: Generally chronological by hearing date.
DESCRIPTION: These four volumes were used to record individual criminal and civil cases heard by the Fillmore Precinct justice court. They include the names of the parties involved, the action taken, the names of the attorneys, the name of the justice of the peace, the type of papers filed, and the judgments rendered.
The case index at the front of each docket was not used in three of these volumes. A ledger column to keep track of the costs associated with each case is printed on each page. The 1913-25 volume contains copies of loose warrants and depositions.
