DESCRIPTION: This series documents Utah unemployment claim records filed by individuals living in another state for the purpose of collecting benefits from the State of Utah. Information includes individual's name, mailing address, telephone number, social security number, employer's name and address, hours worked, gross pay, ending date of claim period, and signature of individual. In addition, the information may contain the name and address of potential employers contacted by the individual while unemployed.
