DESCRIPTION: These reports show the daily listing of purchase order liquidations and encumbrances as well as a monthly listing by vendor of outstanding purchase orders. This records series is no longer maintained. These reports include purchase order number, vendor name, dollar amount, object number, and the department or division for whom the purchase order was made.

Paper: Retain in Office for 1 year and then transfer to State Records Center. Retain in State Records Center for 4 years and then destroy.
