TITLE: Sales orders for surplus property

ARRANGEMENT: None.

DESCRIPTION: These records were prepared by Purchasing when surplus property was sold by the state. This was the authorization from Purchasing allowing the transfer of property to be made from the state to the successful bidder. This function is now performed by the Division of Surplus Property. Dates are 1972-1973 and 1978-1980. These records include the buyer's name and address, the description of the property sold , the amount it was sold for, and any other bids that were submitted.
