DESCRIPTION: This is a reference index for contract numbers and contractors. At one time, it recorded the status for contract submittal and approval. This record includes the date of contract, contractor's name, contract number, department which the contract was with, description of the contract, the date the contract was received in the Finance Department, a notation indicating it had been approved by the Attorney General's Office, and the date it had been recorded and distributed.
