DESCRIPTION: This record documents checks written, deposits made, and manual reconciliations to the Contributions Revolving Cash Account. It contains the bank statement as well as the cancelled checks. Deposits consist of cash payments received from employers and claimants, as well as GOTCHA payments. Checks are then generated, for documentation purposes, to pay the actual fund for which those monies were intended. Copies of checks written become part of the Batch Receipt Files, Record Series 83834.
