DESCRIPTION: This series contains the proposed water rights determination for waterways within various drainage districts in the state. Each volume contains the following: the claimant's name, claim number, specifications as determined by the state engineer for that volume's specific division of waterways; a map number; the source of the water; the type of right; the point of diversion; the period and purpose of use; the quantity and location of use. The fiche also includes revised determination of water rights.
