DESCRIPTION: This series contains the 1909 annual report for the commission and notes for the making of it. In the report it addresses the purpose of the commission, related legislation, the commission's goals and what steps they took to reach their goals. The biennial report also contained in this series, examines the same topics as the annual report and covers the years 1911-1913. These reports were made to disclose to the public what the Conservation Commission had been doing for the year(s). The remaining report is a soil survey done by Utah Agricultural College to share their knowledge of the nature of soils in Utah. An outline of a mineral report is also contained in this series.
