DESCRIPTION: On occasion, Payroll receives inquiries from private accounting firms conducting audits on agencies or vendors that receive payroll dollars as deductions or garnishments. This record is used as a reference by Payroll to verify the dollar amounts sent to these organizations. This record includes benefit deduction register, payroll run check numbers, totals, warrant numbers, salaries and wages, benefits, travel reimbursements, uniform allowances, telephone reimbursements, total expenditure, payroll date, state accountant's signature, amount of hours worked, overtime hours, other hours, total earnings, regular earnings, other earnings, overtime earnings, federal taxes, state taxes, FICA deductions, local taxes, other deductions, net amount, check amount, check number, organizational number, and organizational name.
