DESCRIPTION: This is a computer generated paper report listing employers for whom there are discrepancies between what was reported to the IRS versus the state, e.g. total wages paid, identification numbers, etc. Employment Security reconciles this report by reviewing those employer accounts and making notations regarding errors such as transposed numbers, wrong corporate name, wrong identification number, etc. The report is then sent to the IRS; no copy is maintained in the office.
