DESCRIPTION: The Division of Consumer Protection administers and enforces the Charitable Solicitations Disclosure Act (Utah Code 13-2-1(2)(2015)). Records document professional organizations that have registered for permits to solicit contributions for multiple charities (Utah Code 13-22-9(2013)) and include applications and permits, as well as the organization's articles of incorporation, bylaws, audit reports, financial disclosures, annual reports, contracts, and fund-raising plans.
