TITLE: Bi-monthly summary of employees' tax and earnings history report

DESCRIPTION: This records the employee's taxes and earnings for each pay period within the quarter. It is taken from the bi-weekly updates to the employee's earnings. Totals-to-date are shown for each column. Each quarter, this information is fed to the quarterly update which is produced on COM. This is part of the Payroll System. This record includes employee's name, social security number, pay period date, rate code, regular hours, overtime hours, other hours, total earnings, regular taxes, local taxes, total deductions (it does not break down the kinds of deductions), totals-to-date year, net pay, check amounts, and check numbers.
