DESCRIPTION: These records are dockets used to record cases heard by Employment Security's Appeals Section. They include the name, case and social security number of the claimant in unemployment insurance benefit cases as well as the name of the employer if applicable to claimant's case; the employer name and number in contribution/tax cases; the date and decision of the administrative law judge; and the issue appealed. From 1938 to 1984, dockets were microfilmed along with Lower Authority case files. From 1984 to 1986, dockets were filmed separately. Dockets from 1986 to present are stored on computer data files.
