DESCRIPTION: These are reports of an employee's U.S._savings bond purchases, the balance status of the employee's purchases, and the status of the employee's payroll deduction. This information is referenced 2 times per month. The peak reference activity is during the first 2 years of the existence of the fiche. Two copies of 1 master are made two times a month. This is part of the Payroll System. These reports include employee's name, social security number, low organization number, account number, bond identification number, deductions and other earnings reference number, beginning balance from previous pay period, current deductions, denomination of current bond purchased, number of bonds purchased, total cost, ending balance, and pay period date.
